Boundaries are love with edges. If you’re always last, resentment builds and your brilliance gets muffled. Not today.
Permission Slip (1–2 min)
Pause (10s): Hand to belly. Long exhale.
Notice (45s): Where are you leaking energy—body, bandwidth, or calendar?
Choose (20–30s): Write + say aloud: “Today, I give myself permission to ___.”
Try: leave on time • eat before email • say “Here’s what I can do; here’s what I can’t.”
Carry it forward: Put that line where you’ll see it (desk, phone, mirror).
Reflection: What changed in your voice when you honored it?
