Pause (10s): Exhale longer than you inhale (4 out / 2 in) × 3.
Notice (45s): List three outcomes that would make today a win (not tasks—outcomes).
Choose (20–30s): Block 3×25 minutes on your calendar. Start the first one now. No drama, just begin.
Carry it forward: Re-scan at 2pm—adjust if life lifed.
Reflection: What shifted—pace, clarity, or that clench in your chest?
Nerd alert: Fewer targets = more dopamine on completion. Your brain likes finishing.
